How much does it cost?
The cost of dry cleaning depends on the item that is being dry cleaned. Click here to view our price list.

How do I pay online? / How am I charged?
When you sign up for an account your credit card details are stored securely in our payment system. Your order will be charged to your credit card after cleaning but before delivery.

How long will it take?
Typically the dry cleaning process will take 2-3 days. If you need the items returned quicker we do offer an express service.

Where do I leave my clothes for pick up?
The best place to leave your cloths for pick-up is at the reception desk, front counter or somewhere secure. Please ensure to inform us of any special instructions for pick-up when you order.

How do I let you know about stains?
If you drop your items off in store, tell our staff member about the stain. If you are placing an order online, let us know details about the stain in the “special instructions” box on the website form.

What if I have an issue with your service or quality?
We pride ourselves on offering an affordable, effective and quality dry cleaning service. If you have any issues please contact us immediately.

How do I know which of my garments can be dry cleaned?
Most garments have care labels that state whether the item can be dry cleaned. If you’re unsure, please contact us.

Are there any additional charges?
There are no hidden costs for the cleaning service. If garments require any extra cleaning or stain removal that will cost extra, we will contact you first.

Can you clean specialty items and fine fabrics?
Yes. Our dry cleaning staff are experts at cleaning specialty items. If we see any issues that might arise through cleaning your garments, we will contact you prior to cleaning.

Can you make clothing alterations or replace zips and buttons?
Yes we can. We have a seamstress located at our city branch who can deal with most of your clothing alteration needs.
